Quality Standards

Our quality certification is maintained by our experienced team of quality assurance engineers and inspectors who monitor all aspects of our manufacturing operation.

We operate BS EN ISO 9001 across our company and we continually monitor quality issues with a process of continual improvement.

BS EN ISO 13485 is the international standard quality management system for the design and development, production, installation and servicing of medical devices.

BS EN ISO 14001 relates to the implementation of an effective environmental management system to help us minimise how our operations and processes negatively affect the environment. It is also designed to help us comply with environmental laws and regulations as well as help us to look at ways that we can improve our processes.

As would be expected, we have full in-house metrology capacity with the latest technology, the CMM Axiom too 900 (Co-ordinate Measuring Machine), that uses advanced 3D geometric measurement software, touch probes and the non-contact high resolution CMM camera equipment. With this advanced inspection technology we are able to take accurate profiling; edge and surface feature measurements and make direct comparisons to component CAD models.
